I liked that she covered a variety of topics from how she got promoted giving feedback binding a team delegating and the personal letting go issues around that realising you don’t have all the answers what it means to be a manager and of your expectations aligns with them
Recommended for anyone wanting to be a manager currently a manager or has somehow found themselves there. Good companion whether you have a manager yourself or need the support.
One of those audible books that I may have to buy on Kindle or physical to reread
