AWS Cloud Practitioner: Compliance On AWS

AWS Cloud Practitioner: Compliance On AWS

In this short series, I outline the notes that I took while preparing for the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam.

These are my personal notes that I have made while working through the A Cloud Guru exam practitioner course. They are in no way official notes from AWS.

I would advise you that if you do use my notes to help you revise for this exam, that you use them as a supplement to the most recent information in the White PapersExam Guide and go over your knowledge with practice exam papers.

Compliance On AWS

  • Listed on aws.amazon.com/compliance are lots of compliance programs that AWS are members of like ISO270001 and PCI DSS Level
  • You can go to this page and get copies of the reports
  • While AWS is compliant with some of these global services it doesn’t mean that you will automatically be compliant while using AWS
  • You may get gap audited which will make you look at your instances and make sure that they have the proper security measures in place for your resources
